Our client came to us with a very specific goal. Our team was tasked with selling all 24 units of the development within 3 months. Additionally, Terrace Beach Resorts required a website, digital ads and social platforms with a real wow factor. ElementIQ set out to make this happen.
The biggest challenge was time. Our team was working within a set 3 month timeline and within that time the 24 units had to be sold. The units were in a remote location which, despite being beautiful, was not accessible to everyone. We had to focus on creative advertising to meet our clients goal.
